Trueloom is a cross-border specialty pharmaceutical access platform built in Colombia, serving patients across the United States. We make essential, high-cost medications affordable, verified, and responsibly delivered — not because it's a good business, but because it's the right thing to do.
Why we started
Too many patients in the United States are choosing between paying rent and paying for the medications they need. That's not a gap in the system — it is the system. And it has real consequences: people stopping treatment too early, reducing doses to stretch supply, or walking away from therapies that could have worked.
We saw something else in that gap. Not just a pricing problem — a care problem. Patients weren't failing their medications. They were being failed by the conditions around them: the cost, the speed, the lack of support during the hardest weeks of treatment.
Trueloom was built to change those conditions. Not with shortcuts. With structure, transparency, and a protocol designed to give medication the environment it needs to actually work.

Trueloom Group is based in Houston, Texas — with a clinical and logistical hub in Colombia where medications are sourced, verified, and dispatched. Two presences, one structure, built around the U.S. patient.
Our headquarters in Houston is where the patient relationship lives — coordination, communication, and compliance, all structured to meet U.S. expectations and operate within the FDA's Personal Importation framework.
Our operational hub in Colombia is where medications are sourced from tier-one global manufacturer networks, verified, cold-chain packaged, and dispatched. Every role we've built here reflects a longer commitment: to serve patients well and to build something that benefits the community we operate in.
Every medication we source comes from licensed manufacturers meeting INVIMA/FDA-equivalent standards — certified by EMA, COFEPRIS, and INVIMA. Every batch is verified before it ships. Every order is backed by a Trueloom Coordinator who stays with the patient from first message to final delivery.
