Why minimum 4 units — and what it means for you
Every Trueloom shipment carries a fixed logistics cost — DHL Express, cold-chain packaging, documentation assembly — regardless of how many units are in the order. Orders below 4 units don't cover that cost. Orders of 4 units (2 months) are our minimum. Orders of 6 units (3 months, the FDA Personal Importation Policy ceiling) are the ideal — the point where per-unit economics work best for both of us. The clinical oversight and documentation are the same at every volume. Only the per-unit efficiency changes.

Why per-mg cost matters in HGH
HGH is dosed by body weight — typically 0.2–0.4 mg per day for adults, adjusted based on IGF-1 response. A 154 lb adult at 0.2 mg/day uses approximately 72 mg per year. At GoodRx's $147/mg for Genotropin 12 mg, that's approximately $10,584/year. At Trueloom's $42/mg (6+ units), approximately $3,024/year. The per-mg comparison reflects your actual annual cost — not the per-cartridge headline.

On what we carry — and what we don't
Our GLP-1 catalog is focused on the doses where Trueloom's position is strongest: Ozempic (0.25/0.5 mg), Wegovy (0.25 and 0.5 mg), and Mounjaro (2.5 through 10 mg). Higher doses of Wegovy and Mounjaro are not currently available — not because of a clinical decision, but because the cost structure doesn't allow us to price them competitively. We'd rather tell you honestly than carry a product where we can't deliver real value. If your protocol requires a dose we don't carry, your Trueloom Coordinator will walk through your options with you.

Week two of GLP-1 treatment is predictable. The most common side effects — nausea, bloating, stomachache, and constipation — follow a documented pattern, and having the right support ready before you need it changes the experience meaningfully. The GLP-1 Comfort Bundle — Ondansetron, Trimebutine with Simethicone, and Lactulose — is offered before checkout with a prescription from one of our physicians. It is not required. If you have your own physician and preferred pharmacy, you don't need to source it from us. We offer it because we believe it's the right way to support a GLP-1 protocol.

TrumpRx prices shown in the table above do not include U.S. state sales tax — which adds 5–10% depending on your state. Trueloom prices include all taxes, tariffs, and customs fees. Your actual savings are larger than the nominal gap shown.
