Your valid U.S. prescription is uploaded through our secure patient portal. Our clinical team reviews it — not for compliance only, but to document your treatment plan and ensure the dose, molecule, and supply size align with your protocol.
You are connected to a licensed physician in the Trueloom network. A real clinical evaluation — the physician reviews your diagnostics and makes a determination of appropriateness. If treatment is appropriate, the prescription is issued. If not, we tell you honestly.
Both paths lead to the same documentation chain, the same verified order, and the same clinical support throughout your treatment. The path you take to get there doesn't change what you receive.
