How It Works

A clear process.
From prescription
to door.
With clinical support
throughout.

Every step — from your first physician evaluation to your last refill — is part of a structured clinical and logistical model designed around your treatment.

  • FDA Personal Importation framework
  • Prescription required — always
  • 8–10 business day delivery
2 starting points With or without a U.S. prescription
4 steps From evaluation to your door
One clinical relationship Throughout your treatment

Where to start

Two paths in.
Same structured process
from there.

Whether you arrive with a prescription or without one, the process that follows is the same — a physician evaluation, a verified order, and a clinical relationship that continues through your treatment.

You don't have a U.S. prescription

Our physicians evaluate you.
If appropriate, they issue the prescription.

You are connected to a licensed physician in the Trueloom network. A real clinical evaluation — the physician reviews your diagnostics and makes a determination of appropriateness. If treatment is appropriate, the prescription is issued. If not, we tell you honestly.

  • Clinical evaluation scheduled
  • Diagnostics reviewed
  • Prescription issued (if appropriate)
  • Treatment plan documented
  • Order placed — same process as Path A

Both paths lead to the same documentation chain, the same verified order, and the same clinical support throughout your treatment. The path you take to get there doesn't change what you receive.

The four steps

Simple by design.
Structured by intention.

Every Trueloom order follows the same four-step process — regardless of which medication, which dose, or which path brought you here. Each step is documented. Nothing skips ahead.

01

Share your prescription

Upload your valid U.S. prescription through our secure patient portal. Our clinical team reviews it — not as a formality, but as the first step in documenting your treatment plan. We confirm the molecule, dose, and supply size align with your clinical record.

How the clinical evaluation works →
02

Review your pricing

Before your order is placed, you see the complete breakdown — medication, clinical oversight, cold-chain delivery, documentation, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees. One number. Everything included. No fees that appear later. You confirm. We proceed.

03

We source and verify

Your medication is sourced from tier-one global manufacturers — Pfizer, Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly — manufactured in Belgium, Germany, the UK, Norway, and Switzerland. Full INVIMA/FDA traceability. Cold-chain packaging certified for 96+ hours. Your documentation envelope — including your physician prescription, English translation, physician affidavit, personal-use affirmation, and government-issued ID — is assembled before anything ships.

Delivered to your door

DHL Express. Tracked at every stage. You receive a notification at each transit point. Most orders arrive within 8–10 business days of confirmation. Your medication arrives cold, documented, and ready — with a licensed physician available throughout the weeks that follow.

Week two protocol

Week two is predictable.
The protocol is ready for it.

Week two of GLP-1 therapy is when most people experience nausea. The timing is documented. The pattern is consistent. And Trueloom's protocol is built around it — not after the fact.

Starting dose

Lower than U.S. standard — by design

Titration pace

Longer adjustment window, built into the protocol

Trueloom Coordinator support

Available throughout week two — not just at order time

GLP-1 Comfort Bundle — offered before checkout

The support for week two is available before you need it. Not after.

The most common GLP-1 side effects — nausea, bloating, stomachache, and constipation — follow a documented pattern. The GLP-1 Comfort Bundle is available before checkout, with a prescription from one of our physicians for each medication.

For nausea

Ondansetron

The clinical standard for nausea management. Prescribed and ready before week two arrives.

For bloating and stomachache

Trimebutine with Simethicone

Addresses gastric discomfort and bloating common in the early weeks of GLP-1 therapy.

For constipation

Lactulose

A gentle, physician-recommended option for managing constipation during treatment plan adjustment.

We do not overpromise outcomes. We build protocols that give the medication the conditions it needs to work.

After your first order

Your care doesn't
stop at delivery.

Your first order is the beginning of a consistent relationship — not the end of a transaction.

03

Dose adjustments are part of the process

If your provider recommends a change, let your Trueloom Coordinator know and we update your order. Your medication always reflects where you are in your protocol.

04

You set the pace

No pressure to stay on a fixed schedule. Pause, adjust, or ask questions before your next refill — that's part of the process too.

Is this legal in the United States?

Yes. The FDA's Personal Importation Policy allows U.S. patients to import a personal supply of medication — up to a 90-day supply — from licensed international pharmacies. Trueloom is built to operate within this framework, not around it.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes, always. Trueloom does not dispense medication without a valid prescription from a licensed provider. If you don't have one yet, your Trueloom Coordinator can guide you through the next step.

Where does my medication come from?

Your medication is sourced directly from tier-one global manufacturers — Pfizer, Novo Nordisk, and Eli Lilly — manufactured in Belgium, Germany, the UK, Norway, and Switzerland, through licensed international pharmacies that meet INVIMA/FDA-equivalent standards. Every batch is verified through our quality process before it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 8–10 business days of confirmation. Your Trueloom Coordinator will share tracking information once your order ships, and will follow up if anything requires attention along the way.

What if my dosage changes?

Titration is expected — and we plan for it. If your provider adjusts your dosage, let your Trueloom Coordinator know and we'll update your order accordingly. You're never locked into a fixed protocol.

Can I pause or cancel my order?

Yes. Your Trueloom Coordinator is available to help you adjust timing, pause, or cancel without friction. We don't make it complicated to change your mind.

Ready when you are

Your medication.
Verified. Affordable.
Delivered.

Most people who reach this point have been looking for a real answer for a while. We know the search isn't easy — and we built Trueloom for exactly that moment. Your Trueloom Coordinator is here when you're ready.
